Staff was cordial and happy to see us. I mistakenly booked and prepaid a smoking room and we do not smoke. I called to see if I could change the prepaid room to non-smoking and staff was very accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable and we had no problems at all. We were very pleased the lobby had fresh juice, muffins and hot coffee early in the mornings.

It's my favorite small town, go to, mini vacation, and home away from home kinda places. They are always kind and helpful! I'm excited to get back there and stay again. Wonderful times!!!!🌺

Lots of parking, check-in was smooth. Our room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, location was quite at night right in the heart of the lovely town of Kosciusko

Stuff very friendly. Check in was quick and simple. Room was on ground floor. It was clean and had what we needed. We would stay again. We recommend this hotel.
